2009: The 2008 year had the Shaolin Staff Class and Shaolin Kung Fu, on Saturday mornings from 10AM to noon. It was fun eating lunch in the park with students before the 12:30 Tai Chi Class. We had a chance to chat and hang out...
I attempted to launch the 2 STRIKE PROGRAMS in 2009, but Daughter Disciple Ming decided to quit and move to Georgia with her mother. Her mother, Michelle McCarty, has not participated in Tai Chi Youth classes for a number of years. She has been unable to maintain her health appropriately and it is discouraging to see Ming follow her mother's example and gain weight also.
Tai Chi Youth programs are excellent for conquering obesity, or maintaining a healthy body and body weight. I have watched hundreds of students conquer their health and body weight using Kung Fu. It's also fun to eat as much as you like, then work it off... |
